Export Compliance Officer

Carrie Grazier serves as a Export Compliance Officer on the Export Control & Trade Compliance team in Georgia Tech’s Office of Ethics and Compliance, a unit of the Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she supports the Institute’s export and trade compliance efforts, with a focus on U.S. regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Since joining Georgia Tech in 2021, Carrie has collaborated closely with researchers and administrative staff to navigate complex compliance requirements in support of international research and partnerships. She brings more than a decade of prior experience in regulatory interpretation and operational compliance, including export and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) regulations.

Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
