The Operations team is the heart of the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), aligning our people, resources, and processes with Georgia Tech and OGC’s mission and strategic priorities. We manage the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the office running smoothly, so our attorneys, compliance and risk professionals can focus on delivering top-tier legal and strategic guidance.

What We Do

Operations supports OGC and the Institute through:

  • Finance & Budget Stewardship – Overseeing budgets, procurement, and cost-savings strategies to ensure financial responsibility and sustainability.
