Lindsey Bennett
Paralegal

Lindsey Bennett serves as a Paralegal on the Employment & Litigation team in the Legal Affairs unit of Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she supports the team with subpoenas, non-party requests, document review, and EEOC/GCEO matters. Lindsey joined Georgia Tech in 2025, bringing a diverse legal background spanning litigation, bankruptcy, regulatory law, and environmental law.

She holds an Associate’s Degree from Oxford College of Emory University, a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University, and a Master of Legal Studies from Vanderbilt Law School. Lindsey is known for her organized, thoughtful approach and her commitment to supporting efficient and effective legal processes. She remains committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and public service. Outside the office, she enjoys swimming, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
