Matthew Riddle serves as a Paralegal on the Administration & Finance team in the Legal Affairs unit of Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. Since 2017, he has provided legal support on a wide range of matters, with a focus on nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), equipment loan and donation agreements, software licenses, and regulatory filings.

Before joining Georgia Tech, Matthew began his legal career at the Alaska Attorney General’s Office, where he worked primarily in consumer protection and regulatory affairs. His background in public service has shaped his practical, solution-oriented approach, enabling him to deliver clear, responsive, and collaborative legal support.

Matthew attended the University of Alaska. Outside the office, he enjoys road trips, board games, and spending time with animals.
