Ronni Michelle Bryant is the Director of Affiliated Organizations and Assistant Chief Counsel in the Legal Affairs unit of  Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she serves as an officer for several of Georgia Tech’s affiliated organizations, providing legal, compliance, and governance support to ensure effective operations. She advises on board management, conflict-of-interest processes, bond and insurance matters, contract review, litigation, and international agreements that advance Georgia Tech’s global collaborations.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to strategic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented support of Georgia Tech’s mission. Before joining the Institute in 2025, Ronni served as in-house counsel at an academic medical center and previously represented a variety of businesses in litigation.
