
Terry Bridges serves as Director of the Conflict of Interest team in Georgia Tech’s Office of Ethics and Compliance, a unit of the Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she leads efforts to identify, manage, and mitigate situations in which personal interests could compromise—or appear to compromise—professional judgment or objectivity. Since joining the Institute in 2019, she has been dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity and transparency across the Georgia Tech community.
With a strong background in human resources, ethics and compliance, and conflict of interest, Terry brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to navigating complex ethical considerations. She oversees a team committed to ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting ethical conduct in alignment with the Institute’s mission and values.
Terry is passionate about supporting faculty, staff, and researchers in maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility, and she works closely with campus partners to provide guidance, education, and practical solutions.
