Ethics Week (or Ethics Awareness Week) is an opportunity for all University System of Georgia institutions to highlight ethics on each respective campus. Ethics Delivered!

Friday, October 31

Student Center & West Village Dining Spaces

In this collaborative outreach event with Georgia Tech Dining Services, members of the Ethics and Compliance team will visit dining locations to connect directly with frontline staff. We'll promote Georgia Tech’s Code of Ethics, answer questions about workplace values, and distribute resource materials and giveaways. This is a hands-on way to make ethics visible, accessible, and part of everyday conversation.

We’re bringing Ethics Week directly to GTRI! In recognition of the unique demands and work environments facing our research faculty and staff, the Ethics and Compliance team will host pop-up outreach events at the GTRI 14th Street location and the Cobb County Research Facility.

This outreach effort is designed to meet GTRI employees where they are offering visibility, access, and support without requiring a trip to main campus.

Students are invited to stop by the Ethics Week table for fun, information, and giveaways! Test your knowledge and win prizes ranging from candy and pens to phone holders and long-sleeve t-shirts. The table is co-sponsored by Equity and Compliance Programs, the Honor Advisory Council, the Office of Student Integrity, and the Office of Ethics and Compliance.


This Might be Uncomfortable: But We Need to Talk

Thursday, Nov 6
11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
In-person, LOCATION TBD

This panel will explore how to navigate critical conversations in the workplace, especially when opinions differ, stakes are high, and/or emotions are involved. Supervisors and employees will learn: strategies for initiating tough conversations, communicating with the future in mind, and navigating the intersection of respect and ethics in the workplace.
